When will the conservatory be complete?

We are in the process of designing the conservatory to be used as an event space which will definitely take some time! We anticipate at least a year.

How much parking is available?

The property itself has limited parking. There is additional parking available at a nearby lot that is in close walking distance. We also recommend a shuttle, trolley or valet for your guests.

Does your family live on the property?

Accepted Answer

No, the Martini family does not live on the property. There is a 991 sq. ft. furnished cottage on-site but we do not live there.  The house will be available for vendors, storge and bridal/groom suite.

Where is the venue located?

The Cottage Conservatory is located in downtown Sarasota!

Are there hotels nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our venue is a 3-minute drive to many downtown hotels! We are working on a vendor list where hotels will be listed.

Question 6

Does the venue provide event planning services?

Accepted Answer

The Cottage Conservatory does not provide event planning services. For weddings we do require an event planner in charge of the celebration. We are working on a vendor list of preferred planners.

There will be a Venue Manager onsite for all events, but they are not taking the responsibility of event planning. The Venue Manage will open the venue, provide parking instructions, assist with set-up and break-down dynamics for vendors, oversee the event and close at the end of the night.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Our maximum guest quantity is 30.
