We are in the process of designing the conservatory to be used as an event space which will definitely take some time! We anticipate at least a year.

If you are interested in booking The Cottage Conservatory for an event prior to the build of the conservatory, we would be happy to host your celebration in our open grass space next to the cottage. Booking will be available October 2025.

The property itself has limited parking. There is additional parking available at a nearby lot that is in close walking distance. We also recommend a shuttle, trolley or valet for your guests.

No, the Martini family does not live on the property. There is a 991 sq. ft. furnished cottage on-site but we do not live there. The house will be available for vendors, storge and bridal/groom suite.

We are not giving out the exact address at this time! However, it is in downtown Sarasota!

Yes, our venue is a 3-minute drive to many downtown hotels! We are working on a vendor list where hotels will be listed.

The Cottage Conservatory does not provide event planning services. For weddings we do require an event planner in charge of the celebration. We are working on a vendor list of preferred planners. There will be a Venue Manager onsite for all events, but they are not taking the responsibility of event planning. The Venue Manage will open the venue, provide parking instructions, assist with set-up and break-down dynamics for vendors, oversee the event and close at the end of the night.
