BOOKING DETAILS​

STANDARD BOOKING DETAILS:

The standard booking includes the following:

- Full access to the inside and outside of the house.

- Parking accommodations at a nearby lot.

- On-site venue manager for the duration of the event. 

- Cleaning Fee.

* Outdoor dining tables and chairs are available as an add-on.

VENUE MANAGER:

A venue manager is included with all bookings. This person will be attending throughout the duration of your event. The Venue Manager opens the doors at the start time, assists with parking dynamics, directs vendors with unloading and loading, oversee the event to ensure noise ordinance is obtained and close up at the end of the night. Please note that the Venue Manager is not an Event Planner. Therefore, they do not assist with the details of your specific event. We encourage all clients to have an event planner to ensure your event runs smooth! 

MICOR WEDDINGS / ELOPEMENTS OR VOW RENEWAL:

If you plan to have a wedding at The Cottage Conservatory, you are required to have an event panner manage the event. Please see our list of preferred vendors for local planners. 

 

BAR SERVICE:

All of your bartending needs are provided by our sister company, The Wandering Whale. If you plan on booking and would like to provide alcohol and/or a bartender for your guests, we will connect you with The Wandering Whale. Please see the website for bar options: www.thewanderingwhale.com

If you don't plan on serving alcohol or want a bartender, you are welcome to provide your own non-alcohol options for guests to self-serve.

SET-UP & BREAK-DOWN:

Set-Up & Break-Down is included in the booking timeframe. Please see below for an example of a timeline.

VENUE TOUR:

In Person Tour: We offer in-person tours Monday - Wednesday 9:00 - 1:00. If this timeline doesn't work with your schedule, please contact us. 

Virtual Tour: We do offer a virtual tour for our out-of-town clients!
